However, the surprising thing is that the two have not worked together until now. Now, Manoj and Konkona have teamed up for the first time in a series titled Killer Soup directed by Abhishek Chaubey. She dreams of owning her own restaurant and likes to cook paya soup. Now a twist happens when a look like Prabhaker named Umesh enters the scene. Umesh and Swathi have an affair and Prabhakar comes to know about it. What happens next and how Umesh, Prabhakar and Swathi’s lives change forms the rest of the story…

Best Killer Soup Review India, The series was written by Abhishek Chaubey, Unaiza Merchant, Harshad Nalawade and Anant Tripathi and directed by Chaubey. Now, when you decide to make an eight-episode series where each episode is around 45-50 minutes long, you need to have content that keeps the audience engaged throughout. While Killer Soup starts off on a very interesting note with the first episode, it starts to decline a bit.

The new episode also started off well, but then the slow pace certainly sours the flavor of this series a bit, so we feel like we should use the 10 seconds ahead and get to the end of the episode.

Abhishek Chaubey is known for making thrillers with a touch of dark humor and that goes for Killer Soup as well. there are a few scenes that are sure to make you laugh, and the humor is actually something you’ll look forward to seeing more of in the series.

Best Killer Soup Review India, As the series has its ups and downs, it is Konkon Sensharma’s brilliant performance that saves the downs. There is no doubt that Manoj Bajpyee is an excellent actor and he once again gave a fantastic performance in Killer Soup. But this streak belongs to Konkona, she has tagged it as Swathi. Even though her character has shades of grey, you will be rooting for Swathi as the actress has given an exceptional performance.

While Manoj and KonKona take the lead, the series also has a very strong supporting cast.

The music in the series is decent and we love it whenever Tu He Re from Bombay starts playing in Killer Soup.

Overall, Killer Soup might not be the best series you’ll see this year, but it’s not bad. You will definitely taste it once, especially for Konkon Sensharm’s stunning performance.
