Shaitaan Movie Box Office Collection Day 1 Advance Booking

Ajay Devgn has been in the headlines everywhere and rightfully so. After all, he is coming up with an exciting horror thriller that has caught the attention of fans. We are talking about Shaitaan Movie which is directed by Vikas Bahl and also has R Madhavan and Jyothika in the lead. The film was one of the most anticipated films of the year.

Interestingly, while Ajay and Jyothika will be seen romancing each other, R Madhavan will be seen playing the role of the main antagonist. From the trailer to the thriller and even the songs, everything about Shaitaan Movie has managed to catch the eye. And since Shaitaan is slated to hit the screens on March 8, the makers have started the pre-sales five days before the release.

Interestingly, the advance booking of Shaitaan has received a decent response so far and the film is likely to witness a decent start at the box office. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Shaitaan Movie has managed to rake in Rs 46.03 crore from advance booking, with more than 19 thousand tickets sold.

Interestingly, R Madhavan opened up about working with Ajay Devgn for the first time and said, I have been in the industry long enough to know that if there is a real Singham in the industry, it is him. I have been a big fan of Mr. Ajay’s work, especially how he emotes delicately and the roles he does. I didn’t have much time to interact with him before this film. But with this, I became a big fan of him, when he offered me Shaitaan Movie, I asked him why he wasn’t playing my role, which is bigger, and I didn’t know how important the character was.

Teaser or trailer, it all revolves around my character. It takes a certain maturity and passion for the craft for someone to just give all the glory decorated on a plate to another artist. I was completely captivated by it. I hope I can fulfill the kindness shown to me by Mr. Ajay.

Shaitaan is said to be a remake of Gujarati film Vash and is slated to hit the screens on March 8. Produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak, Shaitaan marks Jyotika’s return to Bollywood after 25 years. She was last seen in 1997 when she released Doli Saja ke Rakhna opposite Akshay Khanna.
