It was one of the most anticipated films of the year and opened to decent reviews.

After collecting Rs 22.5 crore on its opening day and crossing the Rs 118 crore mark in its opening weekend, Fighter has had a decent start. However, it witnessed a fall in the first week itself and struggled hard at the box office. However, it took a breather in the second weekend and Fighter managed to cross Rs 175 crore.

According to a report published in Sacnilk yesterday, Fighter earned Rs 3.38 crore. which took the film’s total collection to Rs 181.88 crore. Given this trend, Fighter is likely to remain stable and cross Rs 2-3 crore today. With Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon’s Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya hitting the screens on February 9, it will be interesting to see if Fighter crosses the Rs 200 crore mark this week.

Speaking to ANI, he said, “It became really easy with Deepika because she brings realism to her work, so I was consciously bouncing off her bat, every line she says comes from a deep place and I could tell that this is real and if I don’t say that I look like I’m exaggerating things, so I had to make sure that I keep that frequency and it makes every scene between Patty and Minni look so extremely vulnerable and extremely cute and very real.
