Captain Miller X Review, Cast and Budget: Written and directed by Arun Matheswaran, Dhanush’s latest period action thriller Captain Miller released to critical acclaim and positive fan reviews on January 12 for Pongal in Tamil Nadu. The Telugu film version hit the screens on 26 January during the Republic Day weekend in two Telugu states.

With the film featuring Dhanush, Shiva Rajkumar and Priyanka Arul Mohan among several other notable actors for the Telugu audience, there is a decent buzz for Captain Miller’s Telugu release.

Captain Miller’s Assumption

The story takes place in the 1930s era, during the British Raj. The film charts the journey and courage of ex-soldier Ees aka Captain Miller, who resorts to protecting his people from the British. He comes face to face with the atrocity caused by the British which led to the death of his brother Sengolan and his childhood friends, Velmathis husband.

While the film has already garnered adequate praise and appreciation, the Telugu audience who booked tickets to watch Dhanush in action on the first day of Captain Miller’s first release took to their social media to share their two cents on the Arun Matheswaran directorial.

Captain Miller Cast

The film starts with Dhanush as Analeesan aka Captain Miller, the younger brother of Sengannan, while Shiva Rajkumar played sengannan aka sengolan. Sundeep Kishan played the role of Captain Rafiq and Priyanka Arul Mohan portrayed the role of Velmathi. This period action thriller features actors like Aditi Balan, John Kokken, Edward Sonnenblick, Nivedhithaa Sathish, Vinoth Kishan, Elango Kumaravel, Alexx 0’Nell, viji chandrasekhar, Kaali Venkat, Jayaprakash, Bose Venkat and Ashwin KKumar among others in key roles. .

Captain Miller Crew

Written and directed by Arun Matheswaran, the film is a production venture of Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan under the banner Sathya Jyothi Films. GV Prakash Kumar composed the film’s entire background score and music. Siddhartha Nuni handled the camera while Nagooran Ramachandran worked as the editor.
